2025 ALC RFP Submission Portal is now open!
Each of you brings unique experiences and insights as ATD Chapter Leaders, and sharing those best practices can elevate our collective efforts and drive our mission forward. Be a part of our 2025 ATD Chapter Leaders Conference in Washington, DC on May 16 and 17 and share your knowledge and expertise with other leaders through submitting a session proposal. Imagine the impact we can make by discussing what’s working in our chapters—whether it’s innovative programming, member engagement strategies, or successful partnerships. Your experiences can inspire others and spark new ideas that can be implemented across the country. The proposal submission deadline is Friday, December 6, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Selected speakers receive free registration for the conference.
If you have questions regarding the ALC proposal submissions, please contact Jocalyn Lombardi, Chapter Relations Manager, Western Area, at [email protected].

The ATD Chapter Leaders Conference Program Advisory Committee (ALC PAC) mission is to collaborate with ATD staff to create an extraordinary ALC experience!
The ALC PAC selects session proposals and identifies programming gaps that need to be filled. They serve as on-site hosts during the conference ensuring that every chapter leader has a memorable time and walks away with great ideas to implement at their own chapters. Finally, the team gathers valuable feedback from attendees to identify areas of success and areas where improvement can be made.
