On Monday, May 20, author Dr. Michael Allen will join faculty and higher education leaders for lunch and candid conversation around content in his latest book Leaving ADDIE for SAM_: An Agile Model for_ Developing the Best Learning Experiences. Leaving ADDIE for SAM introduces two new concepts—SAM, the Successive Approximation Model, and the Savvy Start. Together, they incorporate contemporary design and development processes that simplify instructional design and development, yielding more energetic and effective learning experiences.
