Always keep learning. Our days are spent planning for the learning and development of others. Make time for your own development to stay current with trends, innovations, and best practices within the industry.

What’s the most valuable thing you’ve gained or experienced during your membership with ATD?

I started with a local membership, which led me to volunteering, a board role, and a national membership. This path brought me to ATD Chapter Leaders Conference (ALC). I met chapter leaders from across the country and spent two days learning best practices and receiving tools that I could bring back to my chapter and my day job.
