On why he came to ATD’s International Conference & EXPO: I mean, it’s the largest education event that I know of. \[I like\] getting a lot of new information and seeing what’s new and what’s going to be happening in education.

On returning to the conference: I was at the last one in San Diego, California. It was very eye-opening. Lots of stuff going on. It made me want to come here and bring my whole team—so, there’s nine of us in total here.

On what he’s looking forward to: Innovation. Identifying what’s up and coming, figuring out how I can add \[those things\] to my programs (we have a fairly decent-sized organization), and seeing what’s going to be the best way to approach the future.
