This illustration appeared in the May 1977 issue of Training and Development Journal under the headline, "What to Do When Your Training Manual Becomes Televised." The article highlighted a few simple rules for converting from one medium to another. In 1977 that medium was television, but some of these rules could apply today to mobile learning, social media tools, and others, such as make it digestible, make it visual, and plan ahead.
