ASTD Archive Image of the Day: Discrimination on the Golf Course, Circa 1991

This image, which appeared in the April 1991 Training & Development Journal, highlighted the discimination that holds some women out of key positions in the workplace. In the 1990s, some of the world's golf courses barred women from participating--and Augusta National in Georgia still does--and that discimination was another obstacle that women faced when trying to move into leadership positions.
