This photo appeared in the March 1961 issue of the Journal of The American Society of Training Directors. Games were being used back in the 1960s as part of many learning experiences, but they were still being looked upon as "juvenile, unimportant, and simple," wrote George W. Porter. In the last decade, simulations and games have grown in stature and importance, and technology has helped these games become more sophisticated.
