What does “change agent” actually mean? As a learning professional, I am sure you know exactly what it means. After all, it is what we do as a group—we introduce change!
When we develop a curriculum using different methods of delivery, we are introducing change by creating a blended learning curriculum. With blended learning, we can engage our learners while they simultaneously apply the principles we are delivering.
This is a big change from the way we currently do things. So, why are we not treating it as a big change for our learning population?
You cannot expect your learners to jump on the blended learning bandwagon without knowing what it takes to complete a program using different methods and be accountable for those results. With the Blended Learning Certificate program, you will experience what it is like to participate in blended learning: You will develop a strategy for blended learning development, and learn the skills necessary to help implement the change.
Join me in May 20-21 in Denver at the 2016 International Conference and Exposition, for my next Blended Learning Certificate program.
