Hello From Your New Human Capital Community of Practice Manager

My name is Ann Pace, and I am honored to introduce myself to you as the new manager of the Human Capital Community of Practice. For the past five years I have worked at ASTD in an editorial capacity, primarily for T+D magazine, and most recently as a Senior Writer/Editor. In this prior role I had the privilege to talk to many human capital practitioners, hear from a variety of industry thought leaders, and develop a rich understanding of the content that informs your daily work. I am excited for the opportunity to get to know you in the coming months, and to learn alongside you.

One of my goals in the next several weeks is to increase community engagement with a greater focus on the social and collaborative tools at our community’s fingertips. Twitter is one of these tools.
