About nine in 10 organizations provide at least some e-learning options for employees. Among those organizations, e-learning use can vary widely. High-performing organizations use more e-learning than most; 27 percent of high-performing organizations offer the majority of their learning as e-learning, while just 12 percent of lower performing organizations do the same.
A new research report by ATD and the Institute for Corporate Productivity (ic4p), Next Generation E-Learning: Skills and Strategies, sponsored by GoAnimate, uncovers several key findings about e-learning trends, identifying what high-performing organizations are doing differently and how experts predict e-learning use will change in the next few years.
