Hyundai Dealer Counts Staff Training as Major Impetus for CPO Success

(From Auto Remarketing) -- Keffer Hyundai in North Carolina is one of the top-selling certified pre-owned dealerships in the U.S. for the Korean automaker.  While many elements have helped Keffer become a leading CPO dealer, one thing is for sure: employee training has been a major building block to the store’s success in the certified segment.

“You have to have the personnel that know the program, for one, and know how to sell a certified pre-owned car versus a regular used car. So we do a lot of training with the guys so they know the program, they know the benefits and they can sell the benefits to the customers,” said the store’s vice president, co-owner and general manager.
