In this interview with Larry Jacobs on his Corporate Training talk radio show, ATD facilitator Sharon Wingron discusses the need for learning professionals to exhibit the qualities of leadership in their profession. 

As president of Wings of Success, Sharon has been helping clients achieve success by developing their people since 2002. She is a dynamic, yet authentic professional who delivers engaging presentations, skillful facilitation, insightful coaching, and relevant resources. Sharon is often chosen to work with corporate clients because of the results she engenders by the depth and breadth of her business experience coupled with her learning and performance expertise. Sharon's client list ranges from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses and includes Anheuser-Busch, The Boeing Companies, Crown Vision, Keller Labs, Microsoft, and Wells Fargo.

Sharon is one of a select group of ATD Training Certificate Program facilitators, and is frequently called on to facilitate customized in-house train-the-trainer programs.
