Many of us start the year with a resolution. Maybe to lose 10 pounds, eat cleaner, or call your mom more often. Like me, you may have added “read more” to your aspirational list. Apple’s new Screen Time feature is a constant (and horrifying) reminder that I’m spending too much time distracted from the things that matter. While I know that being well-read is important, I also know that my greatest chance at success is incorporating more reading into daily work. There’s strength in numbers, so why not promote the healthy habit of reading with your colleagues, as well? Here are five easy ways to make it happen.
