A Practical Definition of a Leader

Drawing on our experience, let’s establish a practical definition of what a leader is. To that end, our baseline concept will be: A leader is the person that receives from others the trust to guide them in the pursuit of what they feel is the best possible solution from a specific initial context. Now let’s dissect that definition:
