In case you're not familiar with the post-lunch phenomenon, classroom trainers jokingly refer to it as the "Teflon hour" because nothing sticks. It's a challenge at this time of the day to keep participants' attention and to engage them in the class. In a virtual classroom, the problem of engaging participants is even more pronounced.
