If you have been developing, facilitating, or managing training for any length of time you have likely been the beneficiary of open, honest, and often candid feedback. Sometimes learners love an experience so much their feedback makes us feel like superheroes. Other times they are so underwhelmed that their feedback makes us question whether we even belong in the talent development field. And then there are times when we get glowing reviews and career-questioning criticism from the same class!
