Introverts can sometimes feel outnumbered and passed over for opportunities, especially in cultures (national or organizational) that favor the outgoing ways of extroverts or in places where the leadership ranks are dominated by big, outspoken personalities. It is absolutely possible to shine as great leaders, however, especially by honing, developing, and doubling-down on their introvertedness as a unique and powerful differentiator. Here are some ideas for how you can level the playing field in terms of getting noticed, recognized, appreciated, and rewarded as a great leader while introverted.
