If we receive perfect scores on our training evaluations, it means we have failed our learners in some way.

Recently I was talking with colleagues about someone we agreed was “an awesome presenter.” When I heard this, it made me smile, thinking back to the first time I got a perfect score on Level I evaluations about my performance. I felt ecstatic and accomplished. Who doesn’t love to hear how great they are? But then again, are we?
