The survey, which collected data from over 930 million professionals worldwide, revealed that this might be the most critical skill workers can possess for both personal and organizational success. With technological advancements, the job market is changing rapidly, and workers must adapt to these changes to succeed. The survey also showed that remote work has become the norm, with more companies adopting a hybrid work model that gives employees the flexibility to work from home or in the office. The survey also found that technology and automation are the biggest drivers of change in the workplace and that workers must upskill and reskill to keep up with these changes. Companies must also invest in employee training and development to help their employees stay current with the latest technological advancements.
