London—Thinkers50, known for its global ranking of management thinkers, the originator of the Leaders50, and the creator of the “Oscars of management thinking” Distinguished Achievement Awards, recently announced its prestigious annual Radar listing for 2025 in collaboration with the Association for Talent Development (ATD). The list features 30 people whose ideas will help shape the future of organizations and leadership.

“The Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2025 is an exciting group of emergent management thinkers who we believe will have an impact with their ideas and their research,” explains Thinkers50 co-founder Des Dearlove. “The work of Thinkers50 is to identify the people who originate and articulate fresh ideas that can be put into practice.”

Drawing on nominations submitted from all corners of the globe, including members of the Thinkers50 Community, the Radar Class of 2025 features a variety of themes, diversity of ideas, and range of perspectives that are likely to influence management and leadership in the coming years.

AI remains a hot topic: its implementation, implications, and impact. Also top of mind for up-and-coming management thinkers are the pressing issues of sustainability, workplace wellbeing, ethical leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship—especially in developing economies.

“We believe there is nothing as practical as a great idea,” adds Thinkers50 co-founder Stuart Crainer. “So, we are on constant lookout for thinkers on all continents who are original and committed to making the world a better place.”

“We are pleased to partner with Thinkers50 and support the Radar Class of 2025,” notes Tony Bingham, ATD president and CEO. “Our global community will benefit from their innovative thinking and fresh ideas, which will help drive the growth in workforce skills and accelerate the development of workplace talent.”

ATD is sponsoring its first LinkedIn Live session on March 5 at 11 am. Thinkers50 Radar member, Selina Neri, PhD, will discuss the skills, mindsets, and strategies required to develop future-ready talent.
