Competence Training Institute and ATD Join Together to Expand World-Class Learning Programs in Europe

[Alexandria, VA], February 28, 2025—The Association for Talent Development (ATD) has created a strategic partnership with Competence Training Institute, headquartered in the Netherlands, to expand the reach of ATD’s learning and development programs across Europe. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in fostering professional growth and excellence in talent development.

Through this partnership, Competence will deliver six signature live-online ATD programs— focused on areas such as instructional design, facilitation skills, consulting expertise, and advanced trainer development—to a diverse territory including the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, and Poland. These programs will equip professionals and organizations with the skills and strategies needed to achieve a measurable impact in talent development.
