Award-Winning Video Embraces Geothermal Energy in Nebraska

The American Clean Skies Foundation awarded a second-place energy visions prize to a documentary co-produced by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Nebraska Educational Telecommunications (NET) Public Media, and the Nebraska Well Drillers Association. "Geothermal: Energy from the Ground Up" features efficient geothermal technology (underground pipes installed with a heat pump to keep buildings cool in the summer and warm in the winter).
