FEVS Signals Inclusive Workforce
In addition to the Employee Engagement Index, the 2015 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey contains the Global Satisfaction Index and the New IQ Index, which focuses on workplace inclusion. As the survey explains, the New IQ Index "identifies behaviors that help create an inclusive environment and is built on the concept that repetition of inclusive behaviors will create positive habits among team members and managers."
