Identify the source. Observe whether there are specific situations that generate stress or certain times of day when you feel under pressure. Recognizing stressors is the first step toward eliminating them.

Have constructive conversations. It's tempting to complain about your stressors with colleagues, but studies show that co-rumination degrades your physical health and drains your mental energy. Instead, collaborate to improve working conditions for everyone.

Address the issue. If a specific situation contributes to your stress, consider talking with someone to resolve it. Explain the problem without accusation and offer solutions that won't compromise project timelines or the office dynamic.

Keep it in perspective. Consider the physical and emotional impact of pushing yourself too far and neglecting your health. Ask for help when necessary, and keep a positive perspective about the long-term effects of your actions.
