The article presents information on several articles published in the previous issues of this periodical on the occasion of its 60th anniversary. This periodical is the monthly magazine of the American Society of Training Directors. There were several name changes of this magazine with the course of time before reaching the name "T+D." The focus and the theme of the magazine also changed in these 60 years. In the beginning the magazine was focused on revealing themes and moods of the profession of training and development. But in the later years it changed its focus towards emerging trends and best practices of the industry. The look of the magazine has also changed to a professional industry magazine. The article presents some articles published in the previous issues of this periodical including "Are Training Costs Justified?," by George S. Odiorne in the July-August, 1954 issue of the "Journal of American Society of Training Directors," as this periodical was known at that time, "Evaluation: The Bottom Line is Closer Than You Think," by Ann I. Kelley, Robert F. Orgel and Donald M. Baer in the August 1984 issue of "Training and Development," as this periodical was known at that time and "Why ROl isn't Enough"," by Reinout van Brakel in the June 2002 issue of "T+D."
