The article presents an interview with Harold D. Stolovitch and Erica J. Keeps, the authors of the book "Training Ain't Performance (TAP)." According to Stolovitch and Keeps, writing TAP was a natural. Before they completed the manuscript for the earlier companion book, "Telling Ain't Training," they knew that they had to continue the story. TAP takes learning and performance professionals to the next level. Some of their favorite performance books are: "Performance Consulting," "Moving From Training to Performance," and "What Every Manager Should Know About Training."
