The article reports on the research conducted by MRINetwork of Philadelphia regarding proper time management in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Result shows that 70 percent of respondents stressed that their employer does not allow for a proper balance between work and time spent away from the office. Survey revealed that 65 percent reported working frequently after normal business hours while another 19 percent reported working "sometimes" after hours. According to Michael Jalbert, president of MRINetwork, there are more demands on people and the ones they placed on themselves.
