The article presents information on the services provided by CheckFree Corp. The company has initiated training and learning programs according to the need of the employees. An E-learning program provides experiential leadership training program. Under a new program, the customer service employees can consult the company for advices over customer queries. The company has also designed a supervisor academy that provides leadership training of 90 days to the employees in company's call centers. Number of online courses are also offered for the staff which resulted in the reduction in the number of vacancies in the company.
