The article discusses the fundamental elements to become successful trainers in the U.S. To accomplish success, trainers need to take advantage of their personalities to response the needs of training participants without affecting the training objectives. Trainers should distinguish their personality strengths and feedbacks from co-trainers and participants which are useful for the improvement of their skills. They must also develop good personal connection with the participants to gain trust and good interpersonal relations. Furthermore, trainers should accept and appreciative queries from participants during sessions.
