Artificial intelligence tool fwd2cal automates the monotonous process of creating calendar events by analyzing emails that discuss meetings or appointments and generating corresponding events on a user's Google Calendar.

To sign up, simply create an account and authorize fwd2cal to access your Google calendar information.

Then, use the AI personal calendar assistant by forwarding any email thread that discusses meetings or appointments to [email protected]. The free application will confirm the event with an appropriate title, date, time, location, and list of invitees. Fwd2cal also provides a link to invite everyone else in the thread. Because most people have multiple email addresses for personal and work use, the app offers the ability to add other email addresses to the event request.

To protect users' privacy, fwd2cal creators say the tool does not store emails, events, or details (unlike Google Calendar).
