Online task management software Smartsheet enables users to manage projects, programs, and processes, so that employees and companies can become more productive.

Among other features, the software has tools such as dashboards, formulas and functions, reports, forms, insights, and tracking to hold people accountable; manage projects, portfolios, and resources; and enhance reporting with real-time metrics.

Smartsheet also uses views, including timeline (to visualize date-based work in real time); grid (with a spreadsheet-esque interface); Gantt chart (which includes milestones and task dependencies); card (an interactive method similar to a kanban board); and calendar (which includes drag-and-drop scheduling).

Users can automate repetitive tasks to accelerate production and ensure workers focus their time on more important, complex tasks.

The software integrates with other popular tools such as Google G-Suite, Office 365, Slack, and DocuSign.
