The article focuses on organizational ethics and its implications for every business decision. A study by the International Association of Business Communicators Research Foundation showed that there were no current provisions of ethical training or education coming from employers. The 2005 Ethics Resource Center National Business Ethics Study found that positive outcomes were less evident despite the rising formal ethics program in the U.S. Relevant ethics training includes circumstantial discussion about the code of ethics and repeating dialogue about ethical problems and decision making. Assistance should be given by the organization to employees who seek advice and report misconduct of a fellow worker.
