As I write, we are again dealing with the shock of a terrorist attack on American soil: the bombings at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. We learn, once again, that the most important thing any of us experiencing devastating change can do is to be active in the healing process for ourselves and others. We need to transform energy tied up in anger, fear, and stress into productive and positive action.
