Dwight Cooper, CEO of PRR, a nurse staffing company decided to deal with the subtle negativity in the organization, particularly the company policy he called "the no complaining rule. Meanwhile, Colorado Permanente Medical Group Inc. also chose to deal with negativity by letting go of 10 to 20 negative doctors each year, resulting to the increasing morale and profits of the company. Moreover, the author suggests several tips on how to conquer negativity through employing positive attitude in the workplace.
