The article focuses on the different levels in developing resiliency skills in the work place. Individuals with high-level resiliency skills hold up under pressure, orient quickly to new demands, adapt to changing circumstances and can work without an updated job description. At level one, one must consciously and actively take care of their health and well-being. Level two resiliency deals with problem solving, in which a person can feel more resilient that people who disengage, feel helpless or become highly emotional. Level three resiliency deals with three mind-body dimensions that can help or hinder the development of higher level resiliency skills.
