Believe it or not, there are still organizations that aren’t sure what e-learning is and the benefits to delivering an online learning experience. I know, because in late 2013 I joined an organization that was in the e-learning desert. Kudos to the management team for recognizing the need for e-learning and hiring someone to fill the void. Still, I spent most of 2014 (and now 2015) convincing, demonstrating, and cajoling managers to use e-learning for their training efforts.
