Today, Supervising Psychiatric Nurses Work as a team in solving the manage-ment problems of a nursing service em-ploying 219 at a State mental hospital with a patient population of 1,240. Eval-uations by the Medical Director and the Director of Nursing show that these su-pervisors, through a series of weekly group discussions, have modified their attitudes toward, as well as their under-standing of their role as members of the hospital's management team.
