The article discusses the benefits of mentoring relationship in a certain groups or organizations. The author states that mentoring relationships can be rewarding, but also a challenging disposition. Five key factors in creating an effective mentoring relationships are presented such as to develop a deep understanding of each other's work environment and issues, a mutual esteem society, openness in each group members influences and ideas, promoting a relationships which are beneficial to both members, and avoidance of racial discrimination with respect to gender and generational differences.
