The practice of using formal training to contribute to organizational development objectives, such as engagement and alignment, has yielded positive results for many companies. When accounting firms J.H. Cohn and Reznick Group merged to form CohnReznick in 2012, we put a practice in place to manage the changes resulting from the merger, as well as to provide training on key competencies.
