This article focuses on the family-friendly policies being evolved by some companies with respect to their male workers. The companies think that by taking care of children, fathers gain skills in empathy that they can apply at work. And companies with father- friendly policies experience higher loyalty and faith in the organization, as well as lower absenteeism and turnover.
