To respond to today's complex and turbulent business environment, the need for employees with strong soft skills cannot be overstated. The World Economic Forum predicts that the top five needed skills for 2025 will be analytical thinking and innovation, active learning, complex problem solving, creativity, and leadership and social influence. Regardless of the particular skills your company deems most important for its positions, softs skills can be the most difficult to assess—especially during the hiring process.
