One constant complaint I hear from talent development professionals is that senior leaders don't value instructional design. In fact, this was cited as practitioners' top frustration in a 2015 research report, Instructional Design Now: A New Age of Learning and Beyond, from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). If you think about it, though, why would they?
