This article focuses on the use of improvisation-based training. In current business climate as of September 1, 2003 success increasingly goes to organizations that can cope with change and turn on a dime with new ideas and solutions. In other words they know how to improvise. It is possible to get comfortable with unpredictability and to navigate change. Methods found in improvisation-based training provide a solid conceptual and practical framework to help organization improvise better. Agreement is perhaps the central building block of improvisation.
