Improving Staff Procedure In Training

The purpose of this article is to sug-gest a procedure which the staff man can follow to further the conditions conducive to improved productivity of the industrial work group. The staffing principles and proced-ures recommended here were first set up by the authors several years ago as a planned approach to the staff man's job.
