Techtonic Group is a software services company that builds web-based and mobile products for start-ups and the Fortune 1000. We started our apprenticeship program to fill a pipeline of talent to feed our software development team. We were looking for a cost-effective way to recruit, train, and grow our internal development team while fulfilling our mission to help address the lack of diversity and inclusion in the IT workforce by focusing our recruiting efforts on the underserved community of veterans, youth, women, and people of color.
