With almost 11,000 employees, Hendrick Automotive Group is a large privately held automotive dealership group in the United States. When I first moved from the retail side of the business to the corporate training side, we had a total of three trainers delivering only three or four courses. During the past 17 years, I've overseen the growth of our training team. It now includes more than 20 people, not including the personnel who work in the dealerships and assist Hendrick University, and our courses reach about 10,000 employees.
