The article discusses about sexual harassment and some training guidelines to help reach the most vulnerable in the U.S. By definition, sexual harassment is any form of unwanted sexual attention. Based on the estimates of some experts, 50 percent of women will experience it during their working careers, especially those that are young and single. It has been noted by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that there is an increase rate of sexual harassment on teenagers, with 20 lawsuits recorded in 2004 that is roughly four times the number filed in 2001. Eighty six percent of 392 female college students surveyed experienced at least one incident in a recent survey. Some tips for effective training that reaches the most susceptible to these cases are presented.
