I love this book. It uses acceptance commitment therapy to provide really simple and practical tools to learn to become aware of what’s going on inside emotionally and cognitively, learn to accept whatever’s going on. It’s really helped me to be kinder to myself and challenge some of the myths I hold myself accountable to.

1001 Walks You Must Take Before You Die by Barry Stone.

Anyone who knows me knows I love to travel and I love walking. Combine these two, and you’ve got this fantastic book. We recently walked the recommended Akamas peninsula hike in Cyprus, which was stunning.
