Corporate L&D is lagging in most organizations, according to Josh Bersin Company's The Definitive Guide to Learning: Growth in the Flow of Work. That core finding is potent. Nearly 85 percent of corporate training departments say they lack the career pathways that employees need and want. A significant reason for that is because L&D teams don't have the necessary skills or tools to develop skills taxonomies that align L&D offerings with what employees want and what the business needs.
