The article discusses issues related to leadership. One of the most courageous things a leader can do is setting priorities and executing them. Courage is defined as the willingness and ability to confront all challenges and complete all tasks. Courage is about clarity and mindfulness. Clarity regarding one's belief and mindfulness in practicing those beliefs in the culture. This approach help leaders to achieve self-fulfillment in business, in the community they live and in the lives of those they influence. The scientific side and the artistic side are the two sides of leadership responsibility. The scientific side includes all of the technical aspects required to get the job done and the artistic side consists of intangible skills like one's ability to motivate staff, to emphasize a clear vision and to persuade staff why it matters. Despite knowing the importance of the artistic side of the leadership, most of the leaders are more comfortable with their scientific side. The best leader combines elements of scientific and artistic leadership.
